Corporate Reporting Manager

We are currently working on a high potential opportunity to join a well regarded Western New York company in a managerial role. The Corporate Reporting Manager will have responsibility for a number of functions and processes including but not limited to: managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate consolidation process, dealing with SEC filings and managing the 10q and 10k preparation process, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency of the financial reporting and financial close processes, participating in the annual budget process, interacting with business and operating units to track results, streamlining the reporting process and drive divisional improvements, helping develop department best practices, special projects as needed, and much more. This position will have significant exposure to key operations and financial decision makers, including significant visibility and direct work with executive financial management. A successful candidate must possess their CPA license and Big Four public accounting experience, with significant exposure to publicly traded entities with international operations. Preferably, the successful candidate should have experience with publicly traded companies from an industry perspective as well. In addition to possessing strong technical abilities, the successful candidate must possess superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects while adhering to tight deadlines, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
