Internal Auditor, Part Time

We are currently working on an opportunity to join a well regarded and growing Western New York company in a key part time role. On a part time basis (25-30 hours per week), the Internal Auditor will have responsibility for a number of functions and processes including but not limited to: managing operational compliance audit procedures, designing and executing internal audit programs, making recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic efficiency initiatives, coordinating with the external audit team, and special projects as needed. It is imperative that a successful candidate has exposure to nonprofit audit engagements and government and agency compliance. In addition to the above, the successful candidate must possess superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects while adhering to tight deadlines, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
