We are currently working on a number of temporary, contract, and temp-to-permanent opportunities with a variety of our Western New York clients. These positions will require a variety of accounting knowledge: Accounts Payable positions will require experience with high volume payables processing, check runs, reconciling payables, and vendor account management; Accounts Receivable positions will require experience with business to business collections, cash applications, deductions analysis, and billing; Payroll positions will require experience with payroll software (ADP/Payroll/Ceridian), high volume payroll, and discrepancy resolution. All positions will require candidates that are reliable, diligent, and strong communicators, with good pc and systems skills.
