The successful candidate will oversee all financial planning, reporting and policies including, budgeting, audit, tax and some treasury functions. Specifically, the candidate will ensure accurate and timely delivery of results, develop accounting and statistical data as well as formulate short & long-term strategic goals. Strengths in financial controls and change management are essential for the on-going development of the financial function. A proven background in leading a large accounting staff in all areas from corporate tax to cash management is required. Position will be an active participant in the senior management team and report to the CEO which will involve anything from due diligence and acquisition analysis to ERP systems upgrades and local bank relationships.
