We have numerous opportunities with our client located in the North towns area that is seeking business to business collections representatives. Successful candidates should be extremely outgoing. Company has a 1-2 week paid training program. Successful candidates have 2+ years experience from a call center environment where customer service in continually provided. Employees will be contacting customer accounts payable departments, performing research on overdue payments, sending correspondence via e-mail, data entry and updating accounts, setting up payment plans with customers, making follow-up calls, and collecting on monies owed. Basic computer knowledge is a must. A great opportunity to work within an excellent and friendly atmosphere. All replies are held in strict confidentiality. Base salary $11.50 per hour + bonus.
