We are working on an opportunity to join an excellent company located in the Northtowns. This position involves handling incoming calls involving orders, inventory, pricing and delivery issues in a professional manner. Candidate should be meticulous and timely in entering orders so that operations have adequate time to react to such orders. Candidate must be able to work effectively with all departments to provide a smooth transition from order to delivery. Assisting Sales and Operations on projects as needed will be required as well.
Successful candidate will have skills in Windows 95 and data entry proficiency, adequate math skills and proactive problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. All replies are held in the strictest of confidence.
