Our client, a well established manufacturing firm in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Customer Service Manager to report to the Director of Sales. The incumbent will provide leadership to the customer service and inside sales organization for all divisions by formulating, recommending, and implementing policies and programs for sales, pricing, order taking, and customer service, etc. Successful candidate will interview, hire, provide training and coaching, do monthly forecasting, update customers, handle escalated issues, and provide personnel reviews. They will also work with all parties necessary, specifically IT (to integrate and standardize business systems and output throughout the global customer service organization) and the Director of Sales (to develop metrics to measure the performance of the Inside Sales teams).
