Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, an international manufacturing facility, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their Western New York facility. The employee will be responsible for providing quality customer service to international customers using Italian and/or Spanish languages (both are preferred). The employee will be answering questions on products, quoting prices, handling any issues, possibly processing orders, and translating e-mails. Strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and good pc skills are strongly preferred.
