Our client is a local manufacturing concern and is looking for a Lean Champion with 10+ years of successful implementation experience to lead their transformation initiative.
Candidates must have a proven background and training in all Lean and 5S concepts including strong project management and mentoring skills. Preferred experience will be from a high tech or advanced manufacturing environment.
BS degree a must along with an MS or MBA highly preferred. This is a leadership and transformative role for a well established company that is poised to expand.
